NOT COMING HOME

On “National Gun Violence Awareness Day” in the USA, an Newtown Action Alliance is raising awareness about gun violence in a highly emotional film. The film premiered on CNN with the initiative also receiving prominent support from high profile anti-gun violence activists including; Fred Guttenberg; Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the United States House of Representatives; and actress and Newton Action Alliance advisory board member Alyssa Milano.

The nonprofit’s hope is to convert views into petition signatures to pressure senators to pass a bill requiring background checks for internet and gun show firearms sales.
